At FurPaw, we are committed to improving your pet’s comfort, hygiene, and grooming experience 🐾
We recommend using our products for at least 14 days to see the best results before considering a return.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page or email us at support@furpaw.store.
To help us process your request faster, please include:
Your order number, or
The name and email address used when placing the order.
🔁 Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
💔 Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@furpaw.store.
To process your claim, please provide:
A clear photo or video showing the issue
Your order details
An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken.
Please note:
Damage to outer packaging (e.g., dented box) that does not affect the product is not considered damage
Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible
We do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
😕 Not Satisfied with Your Purchase
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
📬 Lost or Delayed Orders
While most orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.
If your order has not been delivered within 60 days of shipment, please contact us at support@furpaw.store, and we will assist you with a resolution, including a possible refund.
