We currently ship to the United States, Europe, Australia, and selected countries in Asia.
We are continuously expanding our shipping network to serve more customers worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


🐾 Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time may be processed the same business day.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
All orders are shipped from our international warehouses.


⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:
United States: 8–13 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia: 6–11 business days
Asia: 5–10 business days
In some cases, delivery may take up to 18–20 business days due to customs processing, remote locations, or carrier delays.
Most orders arrive earlier than estimated.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may require time to activate tracking information.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after this timeframe.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order has not arrived within 60 business days, we guarantee a solution — including a reshipment or a full refund, where applicable.
